The brewing arm of Fresh Beer, Inc. is now known as the Native Brewing Company. These products are brewed according to our recipes and to our specifications to meet the unique palate of consumers in Florida. We remain focused in our effort to bring the highest quality and freshest product available.

	NATIVE LAGER - Brewed specifically for Florida, Native Lager is a smooth tasting golden lager with absolutely NO aftertaste. We use the finest German Hops, Malts and Yeast to produce this easy drinking light tasting beer.

THE ELEVEN BROWN ALE - A smooth dark ale with hints of caramel and roasted nuts. This full flavored English style Brown Ale perfectly balances the bitterness of the hops with a sweet malt base. "Why have a ten ... when you can have the Eleven!"

THUNDERHEAD RED - Balances a smooth caramel malt base with a light hop bitterness. A wonderful hop aroma from Northern California's best provides the final accent to this classic American Amber Ale.

SHIPYARD EXPORT ALE - The flagship brand of the Shipyard Brewing Company, Export ale is a full-bodied Canadian style ale with a hint of sweetness upfront and a subtle distinctive hop taste.

	JACKMAN'S AMERICAN PALE ALE - Brewed true to the style - medium-bodied, crisp and refreshing, with plenty of hop flavor and hop aroma. It's noticeable hop bitterness is contrasted by the spicy and floral characteristics of the highest quality hops grown in the U.S.

SAWTOOTH ALE - An English style Extra Special Bitter. It is an extremely well balanced beer, with significant hop character, medium body, and a maltiness which increases in evidence as the beer warms to its "proper" drinking temperature. The water used is quite hard, bringing it to near Burton on Trent levels, keeping it true to the style. This gives it the appropriate character and improves the malt extract significantly.

BLACK JACK PORTER - A traditional London style beer, our Black Jack Porter highlights chocolate malt and Kent Goldings hops. Its slight initial sweetness quickly yields to the distinctive roastiness of the chocolate malt. The Kent Goldings hops perfectly balance the malt, making it very smooth, with a surprisingly clean finish.

LEFT HAND IMPERIAL STOUT - A silky smooth, very flavorful black brew. The malty sweetness of the beer is tempered by a medley of roasted malt and the aggressive use of hops. A long conditioning time gives the brew time to mellow and mature. The beer is not filtered, allowing every subtlety and nuance to be enjoyed. This is a beer to be savored at a temperature between 45 and 65 degrees.

JUJU GINGER ALE - Juju Ginger Ale is a strong departure from "normal" beer styles. While the Scots (among others) used ginger in their brewing process, and many Christmas Ales contain ginger, there are not many beers brewed today specifically as a Ginger Ale. Our beer is basically a pale ale brewed from a relative low gravity, with some of the hops which would normally be used in the beer replaced by freshly ground ginger root. The beer is light in body, lower in alcohol, has a distinct ginger aroma, and has a very crisp finish. It was initially brewed as a refreshing alternative to the plethora of wheat beers which are popular in the summertime. Popular demand turned it into a year round beer.

MILK STOUT - Udderly Delightful!

This English style of beer, also known as Sweet Stout or Cream Stout first appeared in London in the late 1800’s. The early brewers touted the health benefits of the milk sugar in this beer which today relates mainly to the increased amount of calories (no real health benefits…sorry). The milk sugar adds a well-rounded sweetness to this dark beer and makes it an outstanding year ‘round stout.

The unique flavor complexity of Avery beers occurs through a combination of sparing no expense with regard to ingredients and our hopping methods. Sparing no expense means using lots of specialty malts, imported hops, such as Styrian Goldings, and imported Belgian candy sugar.

Today, we tip our hat to that historic innovation by brewing Colorado's hoppiest pale ale. 14’er ESB - Named for the 54 Colorado peaks which tower over 14,000 feet in elevation, our session beer is a spectacular copper hued beauty. The treatment of our water to simulate English hard water and the blending of several specialty malts and hops produce a delicate balance between aromatic maltiness and herbal hops.

Avery White Rascal - A truly authentic Belgian style wheat or "white" ale, this Rascal is unfiltered (yup, that's yeast on the bottom) and cleverly spiced with coriander and Curacao orange peel producing a refreshingly fruity thirst quencher.
5.6% ABV.

The Reverend - The Reverend contains as many authentic imported Belgian specialty malts as the brewers could cram into our mash tun, and lots of Belgian dark candy sugar stirred into the brew kettle. A divinely complex and beautifully layered beer with hints of dark cherries, currants, and molasses, complimented by an underlying spiciness. Sinfully smooth considering the high alcohol content. Cellarable for 4 years.

Salvation - In the fall of 2001, we decided that a lighter BIG BEER would complement its darker colored predecessors. Salvation has luscious apricot and peach aromas delicately interwoven with spicy suggestions of nutmeg and cinnamon. This heavenly soft, champagne-like elixer is cellarable for 3 years.

Penn Brewery is an authentic German brewery in every detail; from its solid copper brewhouse imported from Germany, fermentation and aging tanks, filtration equipment, kegging and bottling equipment to its imported ingredients, recipes, methods and German brewmaster.

One of the earlier entries into the local microbrew movement was the Stoudt Brewing Co in Adamstown, PA. They began brewing way back in 1987. Since then they have garnered many awards at both the Great American Beer Festival and the World Beer Cup.

	Pils - Stoudt's Pils is the perfect example of the traditional German style. It is straw colored, crisp, delicate with a firm bitterness, floral hop aroma, and a pleasant malt balance. 4.7% abv


	Scarlett Lady ESB - This authentic English-style ale is brewed from the finest imported Marris Otter malt for a rich, reddish-copper color and full, malt palate. the generous use of English hops balances the regal, sweet maltiness and imparts a softly perfumed aroma. 5% abv


	American Pale Ale - This uniquely American beer offers a crisp, medium-body with a light amber color. It is assertively hopped with Pacific Northwest Cascades for a firm bitterness and delightfully floral aroma. 5% abv

Double IPA - Stoudt's Double IPA is a strong, full-bodied ale with an intense hop character and deep golden color. This unusual brew is characteristic of the newly recognized style of extremely hoppy and malty ales of American origin. The Double IPA is our strongest beer with an alcohol of over 10% abv and bitterness of more than 75 IBU's. Multiple kettle hop additions and generous dry hopping contribute to the powerful yet smooth and fragrant hop character of this beer. 10% abv

Triple - Stoudt's Triple is a strong, full bodied Belgian-abbey Style ale. An authentic Belgian yeast strain is used in fermentation that contributes a rich array of spicy, phenolic, and fruit-like flavors and noticeable alcoholic warmth. Two row pilsener malt and malted red wheat contributes to the lingering sweetness which is balanced by a moderate addition of imported European hops. This unfiltered ale has an irresistible pale orange-colored hazy glow and an appealing thick mousse-like head. 9% abv

Fat Dog Stout - Stoudt's Fat Dog: From Pennsylvania's preeminent micro-brewery, the Fat Dog is a fusion of traditional British-style Stouts. This unique bottle conditioned ale merges the smooth complexity of Oatmeal Stout and the extremely rich maltiness and assertive hoppiness of Imperial Stout. The Fat Dog has an inviting silky black color, and a prominent roasted malt character, with a chocolaty coffee-like finish. 9% abv

We dig bodacious beer. We carefully craft our robust brews in small (20-barrel) batches with loads of the best ingredients. The results are 4-dimensional beers with layers of flavor, beers far removed from the mainstream, designed for beer adventurers.

	Dale's Pale Ale - Dale's Pale Ale is our flagship beer and America's first hand-canned craft beer. It's an assertive but deftly balanced beer (somewhere between an American pale ale and an India Pale Ale) brewed with hefty amounts of European malts and American hops. 6.5% ABV, 65 IBUs


	Old Chub Scottish Style Ale - Old Chub is a Scottish strong ale brewed with hearty amounts of seven different malts, including crystal and chocolate malts, and a smidge of US and UK hops. Old Chub also gets a dash of beechwood-smoked grains imported from Bamburg, Germany, home of the world's greatest smoked beers. 8% ABV


	Gordon Beer - Gordon is a hybrid version of strong ale, somewhere between an Imperial Red and a Double IPA. We make it with six different malts and three types of hops, then dry-hop it with a mutha lode of Amarillo hops. 8.7% ABV, 85 IBUs.

Rogue Ales are made with the finest hops and barley malt, free range coastal water and Pacman top fermenting proprietary yeast. Preservative, additives, chemicals: Never! Rogue does not pasteurize its products. Rogue Ales are bottled using an oxygen absorbing cap, brown glass for better shelf life, and plenty of malted barley and hops to provide stability.

Dead Guy Ale - Dead Guy Ale is a German-style Maibock made with Rogue’s proprietary "PacMan" ale yeast. It is deep honey in color with a malty aroma, rich hearty flavor and a well balanced finish. Dead Guy is created from Northwest Harrington, Klages, Maier Munich and Carastan malts, along with Perle and Saaz Hops. Dead Guy Ale is available in 22-ounce bottles, 12-ounce 6-pack, and on draft.


	Juniper Pale Ale - Juniper Pale Ale: the new package for Yellow Snow Ale (winter 2004/2005). While the recipe (a pale ale infused with whole juniper berries) on the label remain the same, the name and label are new for 2005.


	HazelNut Brown Ale - HazelNut Brown Nectar is a nutty twist to a traditional European Brown Ale. Dark brown in color with a hazelnut aroma, a rich nutty flavor and a smooth malty finish.

Brutal Bitter Ale - An imperial bitter style using exotic traditional floor malts, citrus hoppy flavor, stupendous hop aroma. Hedonistic!"Mellow Beer Emboldened by Hops," Elaine Louies article in the New York TimesDining Out Section, (March 24, 1999) announced the release of latest Rogue elixir to be bottled. The article states that "The newest beer of Rogue Ales sounds more aggressive than it is. Brutal Bitter is actually full-bodied, deeply flavored, intensely hoppy brew. There is nothing brutal about the rich, deep, mellow taste. Its crackling but not sharp... This beer may raise eyebrows, but it won’t pucker lips. The aftertaste is clean."
