finest German hops, malts and yeast to produce this easy drinking light
tasting beer a smooth tasting golden lager with absolutely NO
aftertaste. The Eleven Brown Ale is a smooth dark ale with hints of
caramel and roasted nuts and is perfectly balanced with the bitterness
of the hops and the sweet malt base. The Thunderhead Red, a classic
American Amber Ale, balances a smooth caramel malt base with a light

Gordash Beer Company/Holy Mackerel

Holy Mackerel Beers are Big, Bold flavorful beers created by a Ft.
Lauderdale native and winner of the World Homebrew Contest sponsored by
Samuel Adams in 1996. All test brews are conceived locally in Ft
Lauderdale. The Holy Mackerel Special Golden Ale is an 8.5% abv.
Belgian style Golden Ale with a hint of citrus. The Mack In Black is a
Big Roasty Black Belgian Style Ale at 8 % abv. and has a subtle
touch of Pure Pomegranate Juice added during a secondary fermentation. |
