	Woodchuck* Middlebury, Vermont Woodchuck Draft Cider is a hard cider handcrafted with apples in Green Mountain Beverage’s state-of-the-art facility in Vermont. The original recipe, known as the popular Woodchuck Amber Cider, was created by current cider maker, Greg Failing, in 1991 in Proctorsville, Vermont. Woodchuck Draft Cider is a favorite in food pairings and a key ingredient in a variety of recipes.
	Cider Jack* Middlebury, Vermont Launched in 1993, Cider Jack has grown up into an all natural "European Style" cider. Crafted from Granny Smith apples, grown in the State of Washington, along with bittersweet apples from Europe this is a traditional hard cider from both Worlds. Cider Jack brings out a complexity in both the bouquet and taste and is naturally gluten free.
	Woodpecker* Middlebury, Vermont Woodpecker was first produced over a century ago in historic Hereford by H.P. Bulmer. The use of the English bittersweet apple provided Woodpecker with a distinctive taste and refreshing drinkability. It has a crisp semi-dry finish, amber hue with a lightly sparking appearance, sweet fruity aroma and slight toffee-apple notes.
	Aspall Ciders Suffolk, England Aspall Cider has only ever been made with the fresh pressed juice of whole apples. For 8 generations, the use of concentrates to stretch fermentations has never been part of the Aspall philosophy and continues to be a complete anathema to the family. Made with the finest raw materials and with painstaking care and attention to detail, they feel that their cider is one of the finest drinks available and deserves recognition as such. They offer three different styles including dry, medium and 100% organic ciders.
	Redstone Meadery Boulder, Colorado Redstone's follows the mantra: Good enough for Zeus, good enough for you! They produce 3 product lines of mead to show the diversity of the beverage. In keeping with the 'natural' approach, Redstone does not add any sulfites, a known allergen, as honey is it's own natural preservative. Redstone only pasteurizes the must (unfermented mead) and never boils. The company strives to feature the flavors of the fermentable as much as possible.
